Beautiful hospital, the staff seem happy, they get a lot of support from the spiritual care department. Hospital values caring for employees and programs like spiritual care make a big difference in culture.

Cons

Lack of diversity in top leadership something like 10 white men and 1 person of color and 1 woman.
