Higher management and administration is terrible! Employees are not treated fairly. Privileges are constantly taken away from employees. It is hard to receive feedback whether positive or negative from management (mostly because they don’t really know what you do on a day to day base). It is hard to grow professionally. There is a sense that you will be targeted or retaliated against if you speak out against management. HR will lie to people about vacation, sick, etc during the hiring process. There is an overall sense that Management does not care about their employees, which is a shame becasue they actually do hire great people. They just don’t know how to treat them.
