Pros

Absolutely none. The most horrifically abusive and disgusting workplace I have ever encountered.

Cons

Too many to list. Abhorrent, corrupt management. Abusive and egregiously illegal behavior by nearly every level of administration. Widespread in the institution. Whistle-blowers get severely punished and violently threatened, and their legal team will send private investigators to illegally stalk you and your family if you dare speak up about how awful this institution is.

The work itself is rewarding and the staff is the best. Welcoming, friendly and passionate in what they do no matter the role.

Cons

Not applicable - I love everything about my job. Sad that funding is being cut for such an impactful and positive outlet for the families and the community we serve.
