      Pros

      Decent pay and mostly achievable bonuses All upper management from Cincinnati, Ohio are willing to work to make the workplace better and hear out employees and engage with them.

      Cons

      Always working under the scrutiny of cameras. Workplace is treated like prison. Don’t speak to anyone. Very obvious favoritism in the workplace.

      - Great Team - People help each other - People are understanding and collaborative - Empowering leaders - Leadership invests in employee growth and development financially and by coaching/mentoring - Exciting project opportunities - work directly with the c-suite to develop solutions - Lot's of control of how you solve problems (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, R, Crystal Reports, Access) - Fair Compensation - Company lunches & other activities - Great people to work with.

      Cons

      An incredible opportunity fell into my lap so it was a bittersweet, if not very difficult decision to leave Monti. I grew a lot as a professional in my short time there and still had room to grow. I wish Monti all my best.
