Pros
Pay wasn't terrible, benefits weren't bad.
Cons
Managers are promoted by how long they have been there, not based on skill or competency. Time management is a big issue for this company, as nobody wants to do any work up front to save time on the other end. Potential to work a ton of overtime because nobody on the supervisory side knows how to plan. Managers who stick up for their employees will be thrown under the bus. Positions and employees are kept around based on who their family members are.
