Pros
A diverse product line with technically challenging programs that makes the work interesting. A dwindling number of very talented engineers and staff that have a lot of great skills and knowledge to share with others.
Cons
The Moog culture that they so often mention no longer resembles what it once was. The company is a victim of its own success where the management ranks are bloating but the number of front line talented workers fails to keep up. The company takes on more work than it can handle with expected results. Don't expect any job promotions if you are a technical worker but the management track has endless possibilities.
