      Pros

      Great people, decent pay, lots of freedom.

      Cons

      A lot of freedom means you sort of have to find your own projects. Operators can be cold at first. This all depends on your manager, of course.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. More focused on doing things right rather than meeting deadlines. Embraces failure as a lesson to be learned from. Very technical industry.

      Cons

      Work as a Co-Op can be dull at times. In the beginning, there are a lot of training courses. Although the company tries its best to acclimate you to the various Moog industries, the diverse portfolio can be overwhelming at times.
