      People are great to work with and projects are lined up to the sky so you know you have work to do.

      Pros

      I find that working here, Moog is consistently looking to improve their employees such as seeking educational classes when needed, well, in the medical sector. MOOG has a great platform on where they want to be but certain upper echelon folks are preventing it.

      Cons

      The pay is decent if you are a level I or II engineer but you seem to plateau once you have established yourself there and there is no recognition of you so your pay doesn't go up as you progress. Too much work and not enough engineers to get projects done on time.
