      Good environment, very lenient, good people, very trusting compared with other companies. Has relatively better compensation within the region. Empowers employees through listening and engagement.

      Cons

      Starting to become more bureaucratic. Carreer progression not very well laid out. Needs better employee training programs.

      Good culture, and everybody are Mutual trust in warm atmospheres. From top to lower position, everyone is friendly globally, and good pay

      Never change, and slow decision due to poor management. I feel no more R&D company, and not bright for future

      Great technology, always pushing the edge of science. People-oriented environment - great place to raise a solid family.

      Cons

      Companies need to make money to stay competitive, so unfortunately sometimes it's time to shoot the engineers and get on with production.
