      it is a relatively fair company from HR point of view. Company policy works for anyone.

      1. too many managers and complex approval procedures. 2. responsible person works too much. 3. organziation changes every year

      Pros

      Employees are treated well and taken care of, not only financially, but also in regards to your personal life. The work and programs are very interesting and I work with some really great people.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that we have to many organizational changes
