Management does not listen to common sense engineering based reasons, but instead focuses on financial based decisions, therefore sacrificing the quality of the product and lowering the work environment morale. This often ends up in doing the same work over. Managers are putting their aspirations to climb the corporate ladder before the company's needs. Promotions are NOT based on merit, but on friendships with the inner circle in power.
