Pros
Large, diverse and growing company. Interesting products and projects. Good benefits, decent compensation. Moog will be around for a long time.
Cons
The company doesn’t provide much for career development. It might be a good place for technicians, but not so good for engineers, especially younger engineers. Managers have very high expectations, and some are arrogant and disrespectful and don’t deserve to be in their position. East Aurora is just not that attractive.
