Pros
As I near retirement, I realized this has to be the best place I have ever worked at. It has never been toxic, in that I mean, they do not look for someone to blame rather they look why things did not to right and how to avoid them going forward. Even when I have made major mistakes costing 10's of thousand's of dollars they did not blame me rather, they asked how we can avoid it again and if I learned anything from it. The Moog culture is the best environment I have worked in.
Cons
It's a big ship and getting it to change course sometimes requires a lot of time.
