Pros

- Technically very strong Development Team - Really good Management and transparent policy. - You get opportunity to learn new stuff - There are new technologies coming up every year. Like Xamarin, AR VR etc. - Having CEO with Technical helps a lot in solving many query tech side and Management side both - I am seeing very much good future in company. - You are Appreciate for your work: like getting EOM, Annual Awards etc - Picnic tours etc are plus - Leave policy is really good. - Best work culture I have ever seen

Good Company But Issue in management

Pros

- Supportive Development Team - You get chance to work in big project - You get opportunity to learn new stuff

Cons

- There issue in management because sometime is to late get response to employee issue. - There is no hierarchy for you give your opinion/issue to upper management. - And some time you get promise from upper management in appraisal meeting in oral but you forget to take in written so I request to all employees to take all thing in written. - I say to fresher not join this company because you not learn everything in right manner. - Fresher taken as 3 month trainee but they don't get proper training and management move him/her to live project in 1-2 week directly without proper guidance.

Pros

Sincere thankyou for building the foundation. Now, I feel like I am standing at crossroads of my professional career with all directions open (lots of options) Moon Technolabs is so far the best company in my entire 5 years of career because the kind of exposure I got in this company that really grown my abilities. If I talk about myself, I have grown in this company both the ways, experience wise and monetary wise. 1) CEO is always supportive in each and every task or in learning new things 2) The company gives infinite opportunity to grow if you are here to make your career 3) Very transparent management & HR Policies 4) Salary Always on Time 5) Working environment is good 6) You get very good opportunity to explore your knowledge 7) No politics at all 8) Process oriented 9) Events like Employee of Month, Festival and Birthday celebrations 10) Birthday Gift Vouchers & Yearly Picnic

I didn't find any cons as of now. There were few cons but CEO knows each and everything and working towards it!!
