1. Project Managers are not good technicalwise & communicationwise. (Worst thing of the company) 2. Work Process is not good. 3. Not a good company for QA. 4. No Documentation at all. 5. On good work no appriciation is there. 6. Sandwich Leave Policies are worst. 7. No Project Parties 8. No Farewells 9. 1 Year Bond with Originals & 50k Cheque
