Pros

The Moore Center employees are kind and helpful, always willing to help out. The work-flex option is great for flexibility for families, school, and appointments. It is a good position to get experience in the field.

Cons

There are no raises and a small bonus check (not guaranteed) at the end of the year to keep you there. Unfortunately, insurance rates continue to rise which means your annual net income goes down year after year. There is nothing for education assistance past a bachelor's degree and little room for advancement. Many employees have second jobs to help make ends meet. This actually depletes the work-life balance and work-flex options touted by leadership .

Pros

Working with the clients and getting to know them can be very rewarding.

Cons

Reliable daily schedules do not exist for certain positions. There is no way to plan. Turnover is so high that the client side of the business is always in emergency mode. There is a huge disconnect between the two facilities. Impossible to have a work/life balance.

Horrible CEO, Janet not Paul like it says, who doesn’t care about employees, a point finger mentality instead of addressing problems, unbelievable turnover, horrible culture, no support from management, will hire anyone just to fill a spot, directors talk down to you, zero training, no annual pay increases which they don’t tell you.
