Knowing you are helping others Respectful and professional coworkers Good benefits Clients are treated as top priority as they should be No workplace drama Events and Fundraisers outside of work hours

Cons

High employee turnover Lack of central guidance during COVID-19 shutdown(not applicable any longer) Pay could be better for Direct staff and Supervisors After work hour events and fundraisers are unpaid (volunteer) but there is pressure to be involved Workload is too much for some Toxic positivity emails from disconnected senior leadership during hard times
