Benefits are amazing. Room for growth in the company. Participate in a lot of fun things to do outside of the community.

Pros

Co workers were great, there were fair amount of opportunity if you took some risk pay was on par good retirement benefits

Cons

lack of senior level employees to mentor new hires, only a few key players make all decisions about everything work hours were ridiculous, I was asked to work 55 hours a week minimum in order to meet next years goals long delays on decisions from management
