The college campus is an ideal environment to conduct research. The faculty are of high quality and are committed to helping students achieve their goals. It's a great place to work.

Cons

There may be inconsistencies in the quality of the experience. The outcomes is really dependent on your professors research habits and how well you relate to his or her style. Sometimes the professor can be very demanding, while other times he or she can be very flexible.

Learn to be in a work place environment whilst working with students and lecturers at the same time, good for time management practices.

Cons

You are working around students and lectures you interact with, no much exposure to new people, sometimes spend the rest of the day in the same building both schoolwork and work study time.
