Flexible hours including hours outside of the business day. Time sheet reporting is very efficient. Little micro management of on duty tasks.

Cons

Demand of work can vary based on times of the semester. During midterms and finals expect much longer hours than at the beginning of the semester.

Getting to impact students directly and be a part of their academic and social development was worthwhile and helped me grow as well.

Cons

At times, there can be too many people trying to direct a project or guide the students in opposite directions instead of working together.
