Morgan Advance Materials Certech use to be a good place to work till they either fired or replaced all the good managers with a good old boy club from the south. Now Certech is ran by a bunch of rednecks that instill fear in employees and carry pocket knifes and pull out their pocket knifes on employees when they do not agree. Current management screams and yells and when some disagrees with them they are fired. Stay away this company is very toxic
