Pay is pretty good and in my department they are good about giving you your vacation time if you have it.

Cons

No work life balance. Some supervisors will throw you under the bus. The biggest problem there is people blaming others or giving poor directions.

None of the Management or Hr people can be trusted. There has been an issue at this place for along time with a supervisor and associate dating. One of our best coworkers was taken off there job and the supervisors gf was given it. Now they have layed her off, with bs reason to try justify it. U dont pull someones eval and change it 4 5 days later unless you knew only way get rid of someone. Good job if just keep head down and work. Nothing gets resolved even when most of the plant is saying theres issue. Terrible how they done this young lady.
