Toxic employees and management, very sexist environment. Inappropriate comments made regularly by salary and hourly employees. A very difficult environment to work on. Few career opportunities and learning opportunities for professionals. Tenured employees with questionable ethics. Lax in security in ways that an "advanced materials" company should not be. Cyber security and general security were an issue at this facility. Poor work life balance, it is pitched as one of the perks but I never once saw that. Expensive, crappy health insurance.
