I can't think of any pros it's just a job

What's bad about working at Morgan if you're not part of the management family you are treated like you don't matter, when you give ideas and it's a good idea managers will take it for their own, certain employees that related to management via blood or marriage can show up late nothing will happen to them, if someone causes the company to lose money they punish everyone by taking away part of your bonus, instead of real raises to your salary they offer a pizza lunch, one Christmas dinner provided by the company I personally did not attend stating it offends my Religion I was punished for stating that,

Pay was good and the rest of the co-workers who didn't work in management were nice.

Cons

Unorganized onboarding, conflicting training schedule times needed to be updated as the day went on, unprepared and unprofessional Regional Business Director, unprofessional environment and gave an uncomfortable feeling. No transparency with management or honesty, judgmental environment, very unforgiving and no support from upper-management.

Company did not care about the employees. The new management did not understand the business. Management misrepresents the company and the job roles. Employee morale was low. No personal/work life balance.
