Pros

There are some really good people in Morgan. It is a fairly flat structure.

Cons

Communications have deteriorated in the last 3 years. I have had 4 different supervisors, and currently no one understand the structure. It seems like constant reorganization with no strong strategy (although the website indicates we have one). Many people are leaving. It is just not a fun place to work anymore.

The pay is not bad considering the overtime.

Cons

Lack of supervision on 2nd shift. It was more like working at an daycare for adults who never grew up. They let people just milk the clock without working any with no consequences. You have no life you work 6 days a week.
