Low pay. Long weekend hours. Turnover here was out of control. Six people in two accounting jobs in less than 9 months, the controller quit with no notice the last day of the year, the director of finance was fired, and then my co-worker quit. Constantly training new employees and can never get ahead. Awful working hours over the weekend. Poor training, no light at the end of the tunnel. Management tries to make it look like everything is ok when basics are being missed, then blames us. Now I hear the entire accounting group turned over again plus there is yet another new president.

This company is very unethical, unprofessional and politically corrupt. If you work there as a temp, you will be promised all sorts of advancement opportunities, and positions by Human resources. At the end, you will be very disappointed to know that you will not be moving up anywhere and they have lied to you the whole time. Management speak negatively about the employees to other employees and the pay is horrible. I did all the left over work for everybody and fixed peoples mistakes all the time. I drove to get food and buy supplies for HR without getting compensated nor reimbursed for gas/ traveling expenses. These people are so fake. Worst company I've ever worked for and I'm so glad I'm out of there. Its suppose to be Temp to Perm but the company will never make you perm because they will loose money off there bonus if they do.
