Pros

Reasonable pay, interesting ceramic products, very technical though. Good people as far as day to day interactions. Good worker safety program. Best thing they do.

Cons

Weak management, short term, panicky decisions. Generally, lack talent at upper levels. Not a common product so few people are interested in working in ceramics.

Pros

High wages, would like to give more positives but the way the company is now I find it really hard to think of anything else.

Cons

No investment in the machines or the building, very dirty work conditions, the union run the company. The management do nothing to stop the bullying that is rife on the shop floor.

The new Upper management does not seem to take talent seriously , Human resources needs to provide better ethics, better leadership in sales
