      Management is knowledgeable and involved in the operations, supportive of employees and concerned for safety. Compensation and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Have a tendency to manage in the short-term and will choose to downsize the workforce to maintain profit margins. Need to improve R&D.

      Very laid back and relaxed environment...Does not feel that you are coming into such a huge company

      There were hardly any problems with the assesment center as everything was pretty laid back back and relax as they try there best to make you at ease
