interesting industry and lots of potential

Cons

Management is poor at best. The technical staff is ok, the business staff are borderline morons, not capable of handling complex technical information and an enemy to innovation. In the North American division, research was a foreign term, operations was king. They lost a lot of good ppl due to poor executives.

Very supportive line manager and exposure to senior management. Roles and responsibility exceed original job description over time and hence a lot of opportunity to grow and explore self potential. Exposure to customers and real engineering/production challenges creates an exciting role.

Cons

Confusion in job description at start. A divide exists between graduates and other employees and needs to be addressed before an unhealthy environment is created.
