They pay well, which makes them feel entitled.

Cons

Terrible Management. Terrible training. I have been in manufacturing for 30 years without a any complaints of my work and have been written up 3 times in a month and a half. I'm actively looking for a new job and wouldn't mind being fired from this lousy company.

Upper management is out of touch with day-to-day, focused on on-time delivery but unwilling to do anything that would actually fix the problems - just want to keep raising expectations.

Cons

Not enough people in every department and management takes its time replacing anyone - as if to suss out whether they can get away with lower staff.
