Our manager is very friendly and approachable. Our team gets along well and understands a work/life balance. It is a fast-past company and there is always more to learn.

Cons

There are very few paid holidays.

The manager has the responsibility to manage and create their own budgets, the corporate office and Regional Managers are there for more support rather than micro-managing, executives are truly interested in the opinions of the Managers on site, bonus program, education incentives are great, family atmosphere, team environment with sister properties in close proximity

Cons

Salaries could be more competitive depending on the market, larger capital projects contracts/details could be communicated better to operations

-works on a great team and manager is very fair and motivating -work is challenging and not boring, a lot of moving pieces and responsibilities which makes work more interesting -off site teams are also great to work with

Cons

-could provide better health benefits/out of pocket premiums are high
