Pros

Good liberal training, nice properties

Cons

I came in with years and years of positive career experience and education, and I had a horrible time at this company. I asked to be put onto another project because I did not like the working environment and they refused to move me, even though they needed people at other properties and I had another manager that wanted to work with me, all because of a rule in a book that they had, that you had to work there for so long to be transferred. Though, of course, a friend of the boss broke all kinds of rules including showing up to work high. Besides that: -They were disorganized -Too corporate and standardized and slow in many areas of their operation -I came in as a top salesman with a personal and honest approach and they wanted me to be car salesman like -They have a rule for everything and lack flexibility -Was the first company in my entire working experience to fire me. The issues they fired me on were ridiculous and were first offenses--which is probably illegal -Where I worked, they had lots of oversight including secret shoppers, computer programs, other employees, managers, and tenants, cameras, etc, and will write you up for anything and everything, rather you understand what they are writing you up for or not. They would just say "we had a complaint that you did such and such." You had no defense. They would just write you up. It has been 5+ years, since I was in college since I have been written up for anything at a work place. I should probably sue them for half the things they did to me -Lowered their health insurance coverage which I did not get anyways, even though they said I would
