They have a grate training program - A receptive HR team - The Regional Mngr is helpful and reachable at all times - They recognize and reward hard work - Corporate office team members are polite and professional - Pay is commensurate with your work experience - Offers the usual 401K, Healthcare, etc. - Corporate office does 90% of accounts receivable and payable work.

Cons

Only matches 2% of 401K - Does not offer more than 20% off housing for employees who live on site. Company won't negotiate vacation days upon hire, even for those who are new to the company but have been in the industry for 10 plus years.

Everyone is very easy going, supportive, and so much fun to work with. This company is great to work for because they train you on everything! They give you the tools to be successful

Cons

Some of the new process with going paperless is very lengthy and I don't really think they think some decisions through fully
