Pros

Constantly growing. Down to earth, open communication with regionals, facilities, revenue management AP, AR and owners. Support system is so much better than any company I've worked for. It's hard work, but it pays off if you're ready and willing.

Cons

I don't have any cons, but I have to use a twenty word minimum in order to fill this space. :)

Pros

Great group of co-workers at my community. They know how to make things work on a tight budget.

Cons

I would give Morgan no stars if I could. Upper management only cares about occupancy rates and collecting rent. I'm suprised on how Morgan hasn't been sued yet for how they manage the properties and treat their residents. Business practices are unethical. Renters and people looking for work should STEER AWAY FAST!
