Sad HR and Management Experience

Pros

Good benefits. Every year health insurance got more expensive. Apartment discount. Company is growing.

Cons

(1) HR is not employee friendly (2) Management will not help you get promoted (3) Company policy changes constantly, no consistency. (EXAMPLE: Got written up for doing something there was no procedure for but after I contested the write up the policy was created and my write up stayed in my file. (4) Manager will hold out on mistakes to review them in front of regional manager (5) Manager would fall asleep inside the office (6) Manager will not help with tasks because the Leasing Agent would not do the correct work (7) Maintenance Supervisor will cut resident's cable when resident got testy with him

Pros

Morgan has Great benefits, good management, offers a LOT of bonuses, and does truly care about their employees. They are always growing and offer a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Management is always changing, a downside of them consistently growing. In one year my community has been been through 3 regional managers. The regional's didn't leave, they just got moved to a new region to help the newer communities.
