Morgan Properties has really good training programs with professionals who know what they are doing. I fully enjoy working for Morgan Properties.

Cons

The only negative thing I have to say is that they don't take in consideration properties as individuals. They only look at the corporate aspect. It sometimes is hard for leasing agents because they will make changes that might not be easy for elderly residents or prospects to adjust to and also don't take into consideration the conditions of the apartments when they give us pricing.
