      Pros

      Large company with a lot of growth potential, but still a family feel. Great people to work with that care about each other and respect each other. Anyone's door is open for support and help all the way up to the owners! Truly care about their people.

      Cons

      Pay is not has a good as some other management companies, but there are so many other benefits of working here that it balances out

      Pros

      -works on a great team and manager is very fair and motivating -work is challenging and not boring, a lot of moving pieces and responsibilities which makes work more interesting -off site teams are also great to work with

      -could provide better health benefits/out of pocket premiums are high

      Compensation is not adequate for the amount of work that is expected. This company has no idea what CULTURE is.

At Morgan Properties, we support our team members and have systems in place to ensure our compensation ranges are competitive with the market; providing for both competitive base pay and incentive programs. Salaries are reviewed on an annual basis. Workloads do vary from community to community and may increase or decrease due to both seasonality and projects. Culture is extremely important to us and our managers are trained to treat their teams with open communication, collaboration, and respect.
