The bonuses and the benefits.

Cons

Morgan is a company of favoritism and who can suck up the most. Skill doesn’t matter as long as you as kissing the butt of the AVP you will get promoted. Stay on the side of the so called executive assistant or you may loose your position regardless if you make monthly numbers and increase productivity.

Morgan in certain regions…is a hot unorganized mess. Very unhappy residents, apartments run down, chaos from the top down, leasing agents do way more than they are supposed to. Not worth it.
