Morgan Properties reviews

Working for this company forced me to grow up and look at the world and the workplace differently. I saw this company consistently buy up depressed properties, make them look presentable from outside, and when patrons moved in, after they loved the model, their nightmare began! They treated the residents with contempt and never cared about their complaints and would reprimand you if you did not resolve problems your residents faced. It was hard when their issues were rats, roaches, structure of buildings falling apart, constant maintenance issues, that were never properly addressed. There were so many things that were not right with this company. After hearing constant complaints from residents, and the company not allowing residents to contact the corporate office (unacceptable on every level), I decided, enough is enough! Horrible experience up to that point, that I found employment and peace working for Bozzuto! The culture is totally different from Morgan and they actually care about their employees and residents! I will always be grateful for Bozzuto hiring me, because I think mentally, I would have suffered continuing to work for Morgan properties!
