My team is fantastic. My RM is supportive and off hands. Generqlly a relaxed environment. Benefits are good. Good training. Lots of Opportunity to earn course credits, certifications and move up. I feel like my voice is heard.

Cons

I believe that Morgan does treat thier property managers well. . However, the rest of the team for some reason seems to be overlooked unless I specifically do something. No commission or bonuses or renewal bonuses for maintenance. My property is over 50 years old and with a small team each of my guys are constantly tired and overworked. An emergency daily.

Decent pay, fast growing company with many job openings.

Cons

Upper management does not care about the employees. There were so many times when upper management said this, "we are all on the same team and here to help you". There is so much favoritism and gossip. Basically if you don't suck up to them and be a "yes man" you will be black balled and possibly terminated. A lot of headache and constantly worrying if or when you will be fired becomes exhausting.
