Pros

Room to grow, autonomy to manage my team, plenty of training opportunities, work hard play hard philosophy.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. My first 6 months was pretty rough and it took some getting used t. As the company grew, they were open and receptive to trying new things and implementing new technology. Year after year, I see consistent improvement in operations and it is always done with the employees in mind.

Pros

Excellent training, knowledgeable and supportive regional managers and property managers. Will pay for certifications like NALP, CAMT, and CAM. Amble vacation time.

Cons

Pay seems to be lower than industry average in certain areas, not a lot of sick / personal time- 5 days only. Only major holidays off, no half days for Xmas eve or day before Thanksgiving.
