Pros

Compensation is reasonable. Company keeps making money and acquires new properties every year. Continued growth. You get reimbursed for any traveling. Yearly conference is something to look forward to.

Cons

Poor management and leadership. All I heard since I started was how my manager didn't know what he was doing and wouldn't last. Cold work environment. You are expected to be a work robot with no family or life. No flexibility if you or child is sick. Corporate building is like stepping into the 1980s. What's also like the 1980s is for time-off, you fill out a paper form and personally hand in or fax to HR.
