      Pros

      Adequate training, decent bonus potential, not really more beyond that if you are not apart of a "clique" here. A lot of long term employees which is great! But they are set in their ways & get away with unsatisfactory performance.

      Cons

      Mostly class "C" and "D" properties. No real opportunity for advancement for hard working, well deserving employees if you are not apart of the "popular" cliques. Communication is lacking across the board. Unfair practices & very little support from upper management. Disregard for policies, they make decisions based their attitude at the moment.

      Pros

      The office team understands the difficulties associated with the job. Basic health care. Paid time off. Other than that, not a whole lot

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about training their staff or taking care of the property. So long as we have occupancy who cares. Poor pay. Poor benefits. Maintenance does what they can with what little they are given to work with. Constant abuse from residents about things we have no control over. This place is a joke.
