      Pros

      I've been working for Morgan Properties for almost 2 years, and it's been a life-changing experience. The managers here care about you and your professional growth. They talk to you about your value and the impact you have on the organization, ask you how you would like to continue to develop your career, and then they follow through with putting a plan in place to make sure you meet your goals for yourself and for the organization. I'm excited at how far my career has come since joining Morgan and the possibility of where it can go in the future!

      Pros

      I love my property so it is easy to lease to others. I like the interaction with my residents and prospects. It feels like a community. I am also compensated fairly well for what I do. My co-workers are great as well and my property manager is very fair and it is easy to work for her.

      Cons

      Morgan is becoming very "corporate" as compared to when I first started with the company. I feel like the computer has taken over the more human touch. I realize that it is the way of the world but I hope Morgan never forgets that our residents are humans with thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc.
