Pros

Nice, intelligent, interesting people who are committed to doing their very best and what is right for the clients. The client is everything at MS and the employees work very hard and are committed to the company's mission statement and its long term success.

Cons

For a company that wants to do all the right things for the client, they get a grade of F for employee development and training. I am sure they see it differently but my experience in this area was bad. All I need to say is good luck if you get a job there. I hope your experience turns out to be totally different than mine. ALL of the people I met, in the same position as mine, completely agreed that the training received is very poor. Management knows it, but just talks about it and nothing changes, Good company, great people, but after being hired, you are on your own.

Pros

Great experience. Flexible work hours. Which is a doubles edged sword. Sometimes you will work later than you would have liked.

Cons

You better negotiate for a starting salary you would be happy with 3 years down the road. Because once they hire you on, you will never get paid substantially more than what you started at. Even if you are a top performer. The team is a revolving door, because they won’t pay their tenured employees unless they threaten to leave. Slightly bigger bonuses are reserved for teammates that get “promoted” from mid market to large market. This is a scam. So not ever take this promotion unless they tell you what your new pay is for the new role.

Pros

-Truly nothing the team I worked on was the most toxic horrible human beings I cannot even try and muster up something kind to say. - I went to my next jobs doing the MOST because of my fear from this hell hole

Cons

- This was my first role out of college and these women almost really destroyed me as a human - They were nasty and isolated me, never gave me constructive feedback, would litereally not acknowledge my presence when I walked into the office all day - Would talk about me - Had to get there before 8am and if you left before 7pm people would look at you funny mind you i was a campus recruiting coordinator LOL
