Time off policies and compensation is decent. Professional President in Dr. David Wilson who is implementing changes.

Cons

Some disorganization with lack of harmonious policies enforcement. Every department seems to do its own thing.

Pros

The best reason to work at MSU is the tuition waiver. It not only applies to Morgan but to all of the schools in the University System of Maryland. I definitely learned a lot about how to deal with multiple people of various ethnicities at varying levels.

Cons

Morgan is on the lower end of the pay scale within the University System. We went without merit increases and cost of living raises for four years.
