Pros

While working at the Academic Enrichment Program, you meet the greatest people. The tutor team is very family oriented. My supervisor is very friendly and will help you out with any problems that you have.

Cons

Although the job is great, the pay is very low. You have to participate in the same training every semester. The other branches of the ORL&H staff are not always friendly.

Interaction between most motivated students and faculty is great. University is growing and moving in the right direction thanks to a great President.

Cons

Admin and staff are at times inept. Internal processes are sometimes backwards and super slow.
