      They really mean what they say in the commecials

      Pros

      They give their attorneys the financial resources to fight insurance companies. You have a significant amount of autonomy in your practice with the benefit of having lots of other attorneys to bounce ideas off of. They believe in what they do. It is a great place to practice.

      Cons

      The office is downtown, so you have to deal with downtown traffic.

      The people who make up this firm are by and large excellent professionals and good people. A great combo.

      Cons

      Not for folks who just want to show up for a paycheck. One needs to be ambitious and self motivated to excel.
