      Best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      The people, the atmosphere, management, and the perks of vendors etc. coming in. Free treats! Being a receptionist here has helped me work in a fast paced environment, but I also am able to do my own thing as long as the job is being fulfilled.

      Cons

      The only thing I would change are the clientele and the pay.

      Pros

      -Hours are reasonable (10-6); rarely have to work late or take work home with you. -Office atmosphere is young, friendly, and casual. -Can take creative ideas to superiors and they will listen. -Good room for growth. -Good salary and benefits. -Many employees can work remotely once a week. -M&M helps a lot of people who really do need assistance/representation.

      Cons

      -Location (Sunset Park) is not the most convenient. -Hierarchy/roles can be unclear at times. -Priorities shift weekly, which can make it hard to come up with long-term projects/strategy. -A little stingy with holidays.
