Pros
Easy mindless work, flexible schedules, fast paced if you work the day shift, decent benefits - such as paid holidays, etc. The new COO has really changed a lot for the better in the department in terms of management.
Cons
If you don't enjoy constant change (policies and procedures update daily sometimes) don't work here. If you are looking for opportunity for growth tough luck. There is a 2 year minimum as an intake specialist or if you have certain education it is up to COO/Supervisor approval to leave the department. No peer reviews or evaluations, I think this could benefit "Floor Coordinator" staff.
